Da Pole Theatre Austria ausschließlich Tickets verkauft und keine physischen Produkte, gilt in Österreich und innerhalb der EU: Kein Rücktrittsrecht. Sie haben daher keinen Anspruch auf Stornierung Ihres Ticketkaufs oder Rückerstattung des Ticketpreises. 

As Pole Theatre Austria only offers tickets and no physical products there is no right of withdrawal according to Austrian and EU law. There is no legal claim to a ticket cancellation or ticket refund. 

2. Kulanz / Goodwill

Sollten Sie ein Ticket gekauft haben und die Veranstaltung nicht besuchen können, bitte kontaktieren Sie uns. Wir helfen, Interessierte zu finden.
